The longest thread about nothing....
| Thu, 01-27-2005 - 10:22pm |
Now, don't confuse this with random thoughts... there does not have to be any thought involved in this one... just curious how long this thread can get... just talking about nothing...
Although knowing us.. it will turn to men, love, sex, cowboys, embroidery (heheh T) and more...
Who wants to talk about nothing? It's all men think about. :-)

Jason and I have gotten in the habit of putting the DVD in and then letting it run for a few minutes before we switch over to the correct channel.
Cl The Biggest Loser
Yes, but all of the film companies were getting upset that no one was watching their previews.
Cl The Biggest Loser
Well, see, I can usually make out what you meant to type but I just couldn't get that one at all! No wonder! :o)
Don't worry, Anne.

I know that I only need 5 more posts to get to 3000, but I'm leaving for the day and I'm not going to be around the computer tonight.

Congrats Jennie. I saw your post last night "Can anyone tell me what this means?" with the pic...but...well...I couldnt. :) All it meant to me was "someone took a preg test?" "maybe?" hehe.. but...Congrats!
Ummm....I don't remember it all....
Jenn I had another person tell me Madagascar was boring...a 7yr old and her mom slept thru half of it. So. Im a lil depressed about that, I'd wanted to see it. oh well.
oh dear oh dear I KNOW I had more to respond to.
Brokk... your honey collection sounds like my maple syrup collection! TOO many farm friends in the northeast! hehe. I've got about 4 gallons of it. :S Plus my silly silly roomie bought a bottle of like...the fake stuff..the lady shaped bottle...I dunno...but she moved out and left it, so I have that, too.

Have any of you watched "The Aviator"? It was John's movie pick on Saturday, I'd never heard of it but he was paying so who was I to argue...then we watched National Treasure and he went home and left me to watch "The Aviator" and of course I HAD to watch it before I took it back or its just a waste and I only watched half of it before it was due back (literally. I returned it at 4:57pm and it was due by 5 and I'd SWORN I wouldn't collect any late fees) and I didn't really gather a POINT to the movie...so i need someone to tell me the end of it. I got to the big fiery bloody crash. -- which is ALSO why I stopped it and wrote John an email about this being His Movie and now I have this image of Leonardo DiCaprio all bloody and broken and ON FIRE. thanksverymuch.
OH! Anne....Not to ruin your PP Man fantasy...but....his favorite part of the movie I think is the previews. He thinks they deserve his full attention. If the DVD has the option to skip the movies, we can't. We MUST watch them. AND...if there ARE no previews and its one of those DVD's where the previews are just in the Special Features section....you guessed it....we have to play them Anyway. *rolls eyes*
(hehehe...the perfect DVD for us would be half previews for him and half special features for me. I MUST watch deleted scenes and bloopers and teh behind the scenes stuff and all that crap. MUST)
I don't KNOW what else to respond to. Eeekk...
Tomorrow, June 1st (today.), is the 1 year anniversery of the death of a very good friend of mine. She had Cystic Fibrosis and lived to the extraordinary age of 24. I can't begin to tell you the privilege I had of knowing her, but I am asking you to use the anniversary as a day to tell your loved ones you love them and to make a particular effort to be nice to people. Her parents and family have asked that of all of us, and I think its not a bad thing. so. there you have it. For Missy.
While we're thinking on people, John has a hearing in North Dakota next week. So. prayers for him would be nice. That the hearing goes well. That he survives the 12 hour car ride up there with his mom and the complete Harry Potter set on tape! that he survived his Shopping for court-clothes experience today....heheh...and most of all, that he passes his psych eval!!! ;)
I dunno....im so far behind now its pitiful!
Maybe I'll catch up tomorrow! :)
