Now, don't confuse this with random thoughts... there does not have to be any thought involved in this one... just curious how long this thread can get... just talking about nothing...

Although knowing us.. it will turn to men, love, sex, cowboys, embroidery (heheh T) and more...

Who wants to talk about nothing? It's all men think about. :-)

OMG. That sucks.

I had an early m/c in April 2003 and Nov 2004.. but they were natural occurances and really, if not for the superpowers of the early HPT, we prob wouldn't have known.

Today is court-day for people in my life.

John is in ND for a hearing and psych eval, etc, to see about who will get custody. The good part is he gets to SEE his boys today and tomorrow, which is the first time in 4 years.

Dani, my bestest best friend, is ALSO at a hearing right now. She is being sued by her future-brother-in-law's former mother-in-law. (Could THAT sound more complicated?!?)

Dani and her fiance, Jay, bought Jay's brother's (Todd's) house, when Todd was going thru a divorce and financial difficulties. In order to get Todd's wife to agree to the sale, they said they would use some of the *extra* money from the home loan to pay back a loan from Her parents. (An under the table, illegal, sort of deal, actually)
Well, then, at the closing, they found out that Todd & wife hadn't paid taxes in a few months, and hadn't paid that months mortage...so they had to pay significantly more then they'd planned-- thus taking the *extra* from the home loan. Well, since it should have been Todd & wife's responsibility....Dani & Jay decided to abide by the rules of the closing paperwork....that THIS is the final deal, and all other offers are null & void.

So, ex-wife refuses to pay her parents back for their loan, saying Dani & Jay said THEY'D pay. And its a small town and the town lawyer is related to ex-wife. So. (Oh, and Jay hasn't worked since he graduated school over a year ago, so when I say "Dani & Jay" I mean "Dani") -- Now, Dani is being sued by her future brother-in-law's exmother-in-law.

:D

I wandered aimlessly at Wal-Mart for over an hour yesterday, but we were waiting for our pictures to be developed.
