I was just purely curious as to what happens when men visit massage parlors.

Most massage parlors are legitimate businesses where people go to get massages. Unless there's some specific reason to think a massage place is a front for prostitution, I wouldn't assume such a thing.

I would say the same thing that happens when a woman goes to a massage parlor. They get a massage.

How is it not considered prostitution?

Putting legality aside, does it matter? I understand if you're in a monagamous relationship, you have an interest in your partner's sexual behavior. That's obvious. But if a single man goes to a massage parlor and gets one part extra massaged by a willing worker, why does anyone care?

FWIW, I know that it isn't as popular, but there are women who also get "sensual massages". Are the issues the same when the genders are reversed?
