What should my next move be - I don't wan to blow it!

Two nights ago I went out dancing with a few girlfriends and ran into an old co worker that I've known for almost 10 years, but haven't seen in a while. We have always had an electric attraction to one another, but the timing has always been off - ie - I have always been in a relationship whenever we would bump into each other. However, that night was different. I am currently single, and so is he. As we were on the floor he asked me if I had a boyfriend, and when I replied with a "no," he put his hands on my hips and we spent the entire night dancing with each other. When the club closed he told me we should get together and he took my number. He then offered to walk me to my car and then asked if I would give him a lift home because he had had a few drinks. Of course, I said yes, he said goodbye to his friends, and we began walking. As we were walking he grabbed my hand and held it all the way to the car. We had a pleasant ride to his house and as he turned to me to say thank you, he leaned in and kissed me! We kissed for a while and then I told him I had to get going because I had an early flight the next morning. I told him that I wouldn't be back for 10 days and he replied with, "don't worry, I'll still be here when you get back." He texted me that night to make sure I had made it home and then again in the morning to wish me a safe trip. We were in touch today - just a few texts back and forth, but my concern is what to do when I get home. I'm dying to see him, but don't want to appear too eagre. Because I had to leave the next day, we haven't even had a proper chance to talk.

So my thoughts are the following...

a. It seems that there is a mutual attraction.

b. He is into you because he took many of the initiating steps in the exchange that the two of you already had.
