There is this guy who works for a printing company and from time to time does some office works for our company. This guy and I had became nice acquaitances, therefore we chat over the messenger often for work reasons but also as acquaintances. He is married

Speaking as a man, I think this guy has his eye on the OP and is playing her. I think his comment about "if at home his wife is not giving him what he likes, it is natural that men look for another woman to satisfy his cravings" is very telling. If he can get her feeling sorry for him, he could use that as an excuse if he makes a move on her later.
