A friend is coming over tomorrow to discuss some ideas for parochial schools with me and I had planned on Steak Soup, really good.

Ok Pat now you have your authentic Cajun gumbo but there is just onnneee itty bitty thing you forgot. That wiggly guy swimming with those fish and shrimp is a "crawfish". LOL
