I saw this note on my Facebook pages and thought I'd come share it with you!

There's snow in 49 states right now, covering some 69.4 percent of the contiguous United States. Even Hawaii has snow, though it's on a volcano so it's sort of cheating (atop Mauna Kea on the Big Island). Can you guess which state is ruining our perfect record? Read on....

Hi! I haven't been hanging out on IV as much. Lost my job after 7 years due to cut backs in transportation. So I'm now job hunting. May need to go apply with Pierce transit. I'm so used to driving smaller buses, but I can drive the larger one too.

Hand is doing much better. Once I had the rotartored cuff surgery it helped alot. I do try to stay away from the ice as much as I can. How much snow do you have over your way? Other then the long cold spell at TG we have only had a couple of inches & it melts right away.

I'm knitting with 2 groups right now. Having fun with it.

Hi, again, Sam! Yes, I was snowed in on TG, so my plans to have dinner with family in Olympia faded out. My next door neighbors invited me over and I have a fun time with them, with lots of food and conversation.

About a week ago, I got another 3" of snow, and it lasted a couple days. Since I knew it was coming, I ran all my errands first, then stayed home and watched the beauty of it. The horses in the pasture scraped the snow aside to get to the grass and their hay.

I'm sorry you lost your job after such a long time driving bus! The cutbacks really hurt a lot of people and there's
