Sitting here at my computer a few minutes ago, I caught a motion outside... a flock of turkeys were walking by on our road!

A flock came through our place early last Sunday.
No turkeys here but the birds are making a real racket-symphony. So many different songs being sung! Beautiful day here today. Mason got up in a wonderful mood. And my ankles don't hurt. And I feel blessed!
How kool is that, Dovie? I haven't seen the wild hen turkey for quite a while now. She used to land in my back yard, and once, I saw her out in my front driveway, pecking away at the small pebbles of gravel. I snapped pictures, but finding them would be quite a task, since I'm not sure which album they are in.
Of course, with alert, barking dogs sounding warnings from time to time, I'm sure she'll find another place to light.
Ahhh...the joys of living in the country where we can see wildlife visiting once in a while....
