I had a boss who used to tell our entire team about how much he hated gossip. -But guess who was the gossip ringleader? Yep. HE (it was a male) was the the one who loved to start drama. Other than that, I don't think I've had any boss drama. Unless you count the one guy I used to work for who would send me over to his mom's house to help her with her computer on company time. It really didn't matter to me. I was getting paid regardless of where I spent the day.

I have had my share of non-caring bosses.

I had a "boss" who made sure *everyone* knew he worked in military intelligence in the past. He fancied himself as a human lie detector. That's all fine and dandy, but he always gave the impression that he was trying to scrutinize every single answer anyone ever gave him, no matter how minute. It was highly uncomfortable. Plus, he was a micromanager and drama creator. I was only able to handle working for that guy for about three months, my shortest job ever.

UGH! I've had micromanagers as well. If you can't trust me to do the job, then don't hire me, but, in return, if you do hire me, trust me to get the job finished in my time. :)
