I know it's something that I've had to improve at over the years.  There is nothing more stressful than feeling like you are being pulled in several directions at once, and never feeling like you are doing a great job at any of them.

Here is an artice that contains some great advice on how to ease the stress of finding the right balance:

10 Secrets to a Better Work-Life Balance

I struggle with staying fit, finding the time to eat healthy and get enough rest.  What do you struggle with?

It's taken about eight years for the dust to settle a bit over here. My youngest is turning 6 and I have two jobs that have kept me pretty busy since before he was born. Now, though, I'm able to do a bit of exercise a few days per week and I'm getting more sleep. I consider that a step in the right direction at least!

What life? :D

I have a full time teaching job, a part time consultation job, a preschooler (and a baby on the way), I just started my own business with an equally busy partner, and I enrolled in a very demanding PhD program just last week! I haven't had a life since high school! But I'm hoping in 5 years when the dust has settled and everything is in place, I might start going out more often and taking better care of myself for a change.

Yes, big time! And the thing that gets dropped first every time? Fitness/going to the gym. Sigh.
