Is there a way to "block" a specific individual from looking or seeing anything at your facebook page?
Is there a way to remove friends from your friends list and if so would they get a notification of this?
And can other people see what friends write if they are not friends with them?

You can make specific groups in Facebook...You can go under privacy setting and it gives you a list you can choose from.
Hubby has "defriended" people...they do not get a notification...that's my understanding.
I am not sure about your last question...I have wondered that myself.
Yes, it's in privacy settings. Click "settings" on the top bar. Then select privacy. There's a gray box at the bottom of that page and you can type in the name or e-mail of the person to block.

Just delete them - they don't get a notification. They will probably realize it at some point, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Yes,
AJ, enjoying life with C.
Thanks everyone.
don't worry about pulling up an old thread!!
From what I've read, if someone has blocked you, you can't find him or her. However, you might be able to block them if you know his or her name and location. I don't have any mutual friends who were friends with the ex-boyfriend, at least to my knowledge. I still think he's been searching for me because I'm sure word has reached him that I'm getting married. He's one to hold grudges and ill will towards people who he feels have done him wrong. That's just one reason I ended things with him.
If I find out how to block someone who has blocked you, I'll pass on the information. :-)
