hi ladies!

looking for some ideas here....

i'll be hosting a GNI this friday evening and was hoping i can get some ideas here of what to do.
any suggestions?
there will be about 6 or 7 of us and i don't think anyone has any expectations of what we'll do other than a night of cocktails, camaraderie, & chocolate.
anyway....i'm just wondering if anyone of you have any ideas....
things i plan on having
-chick flicks (not that we'll have time to watch them....this is just in case)
-chocolate
-munchies (cheese, crackers, fruit....)

soooo....any suggestions for anything else i should have/do??

thanks!

If you'd like a hot munchie that is really easy, try mini pizza muffins.

the mini pizza's sound great too, however it's been triple digits here....crazy HOT!! i'm not turning on my oven :)

Chick flicks are always nice.

get a bunch of chick flicks (like you said, you may not watch them, but you have the option);

games - Trivial Pursuit, Scene It?, Pictionary are all winners;

food - cold dishes - salads (tuna or salmon nicoise are good and filling), guacamole, salsa & chips (with margaritas of course!), cheese & fruit tray with a variety of wine;

hot dishes - mini pizzas, pasta & sauce with bread... (I'm not very good with hot dishes)

Have fun!

I'm not into movies generally, let alone chick flicks lol! Don't understand/see the point of board games either. So, if it was me hosting a girls' night in, I'd have lots of music, lots of conversation, LOADS of good wine, and cold finger food on the table for people to help themselves!

I am so disappointed in you.. don't you know you ladies are supposed to dress in sexy nightgowns and have sexy pillow fights?
