Hey Caroline! Glad you could pop in amidst all your studies! Congrats on that!

First let me say that I can't believe January is almost over! Where did it go????

It's been really cold where I am, so we're spending a lot of time indoors. January is our coldest and usually snowiest month. We're still under average for annual snowfall, but we're getting close. We just got about 24 inches of snow in the last 2 weeks! My DS was loving it, but it became too bitter cold outside to do anything. So now we're just being homebodies.

My DH got sick with the flu and thankfully, he's been the only one in our house to get sick. (Let's hope it stays that way.) He was home sick from work for two days and he's the world's biggest baby. Good thing my work schedule is somewhat slow this week!

My DH and I have planned an annivesary trip to Puerto Vallarta Mexico this March. We're REALLY looking forward to that! I've been to Mexico before, but he hasn't, so it should be interesting. I also speak fluent Spanish and he doesn't, so that will make it even more interesting!

I signed our new puppy up for obedience school. I've attached her photo here. It's a fairly recent photo. (Sorry...I posted 2 by accident...it's the same photo.) We don't know her exact breed, but after some extensive research, we think she's a Chinook/Lab mix. Of course, we'll never know for sure. She's a truly lovable dog, though! Very well tempered.

So that's me for now. Hope you can find more time to post! We miss you when you're not here!
