Hi I'm back, the operation went well. I only stayed in hospital for 2 nights and drs said to me I be resting for 6 weeks. Instead 3 weeks later I felt fine and got into doing my normal routine.

I'm doing pretty good. I recovered pretty quickly than what I thought. I occasionally get pain when I know I been overdoing it. I just need to listen to my body. Which I don't!
