i totally agree with trying not to stress about not being where you thought you would be at this age. it's not worth your energy since you can't go back and change anything. i think it's more common than not to have those same feelings.
i may not be able to give you any advice at this time but i can listen(read) and let you vent!

Yes, I relate well.
I haven't forgotten about this great site, I've just been maxed out with what to do about my job loss coming up soon and if I need to move out of my place, my boyfriend situation, etc.
On a good note I was able to extend my stay at my job an extra week (above and beyond the extra 2 mos. I negotiated). So my last day is Sept. 4th. I also negotiated my rent down by $400/mos. and found a cheaper auto policy. So I'm staying busy trying to knock my expenses and prepare for a worse case scenario.
I've heard it can take 7+ mos. to find a job, and I've had the last 3 mos. heads up, so I may have 4 to go...but hopefully not.
Once September roles around I'll have all the free time in the world to write more :) Hope all is well with the group!
