I hope your day is off to a good start!!
I am moving so slowly this morning!!
This sounds so boring but when I retire, I hope to be in good enough health to do some sort of volunteer work and to have good enough eyesight for reading (if not, then books on tape). I know I will always be into Art so I expect that to be a big part of my golden years too. Right now I picture myself living in the same house I'm in...but I know that is probably not too realistic. I do think I'll live in the same city, though! I LOVE my hometown.
Hopefully I will have my DH with me in our retirement. I doubt my parents will be living and I don't have much family and do not plan to have kids. But I can see myself having a network of friends & still being very active in something, whether volunteer work (possibly NALA which I've already been involved with!) or time at one of the local senior centers, bingo, etc.
I don't think that sounds boring at all!!
