One of the oddities of living in Alaska is the non exsistance of darkness during the summer months.

That is the coolest thing to me lol - I've always wanted to visit Alaska - especially during the dark months! I much prefer dark to light lol. It would drive me absolutely insane to have daylight constantly!

There is nothing unique about where I live LOL. We get all 4 seasons - as opposed to 2 growing up in FL - hot and hotter! LOL Ummm ... the leaves change color in the fall .... yea North Carolina isn't that unique lol.

Will do! lol We live in the middle of the state (sort of) - so we're about 3 hours to the beach and 45 minutes to the mountains. That is unique I suppose :)

You know - I lived in TX for about a year a few years ago and I will admit that I didn't like it, but most Texans love their TX!!!
