There are many young women with excellent self worth but there are those who in spite of their good appearance,independence and financial success, carry with them messages, internalized after years of childhood exchanges, telling them that marriage and raising children is the path they should take. They often say that they are disappointing their parents on
not electing this direction. The attitudes they carry are both old and new, as they become more and more financially secure, the reasons for marriage and family are not always justifiable in 2010. There is often guilt, arguments and underlying pressure to
actualize their parent's goals.
