It is really coming down out there.  I know because I just dashed from the truck to the door.  I should have slid out of the passenger side instead of running around the truck.

We went to the mall to see how many stores have closed since Christmas.  The restaurants are doing good though.  The mall was almost a ghost town and many of the smaller stores are just open on weekends now.  It is very sad.

So what is everyone up to?  How is everyone doing?  I'm finally well and I went and ran in the rain.  LOL!

We're finally having a couple of rain-free days...and I'm stuck at work.  Of course, it's going to rain heavily on my days off.  The water is just receding from the third flood of the year, but I'm sure we'll have a fourth flood going by the weekend.  There's no place for the ground water to go...it's totally saturated!

My dd texted me a picture of herself walking, because it's nice out.  I'm gonna kill that girl Sealed  LOL j/k.  I'm glad she came home from Arizona realizing that being outdoors and physically active helped her feel better and resolving to get herself outdoors and active at home, too.  So I only pretend to be "mad" that she's walking...really I'm glad that she's walking, and that she even goes by herself if I'm not there.

Oh that is nice.  DH and DS go walking every morning, not for health reasons really, they walk out to get breakfast because neither one of them wants to clean up after themselves.  The benefit is that dh is getting better with his coordination by walking every day, unless it rains, and DS is out stretching his leg muscles.

I'm not walking anywhere at six in the freakin' a.m.  I do sometimes walk with dh in the evenings and on occasion we walk up and get frozen yogurt, my new favorite flavor is raspberry.  I even got my mother liking frozen yogurt.

Well, walking to get breakfast is better than not walking at all.  Glad your dh is seeing a direct physical result.  Yummy, raspberry frozen yogurt.  I love raspberry anything...especially if it's frozen!
