Tracking Santa!

I could never get my son interested in tracking Santa. You'd think...loving space and technology as much as he does! Oh well.

A funny. A long time ago...before internet (was there such a time?)...the dispatchers at the Sheriff Department where dh worked would do the hourly Santa tracker updates over the scanner. They were sent on the police wire along with other things, and the dispatcher would read them on air every hour. One year a lady called...pretty late in the evening...and said that her kids were listening and wouldn't go to bed, so would they please say that all kids needed to be in bed or Santa wouldn't be able to stop in our county. ROFL. (Wonder if she thought to just turn off the &^$#% scanner???)
