Yup - we're headed to a week long vacation in Ohio with some Witchy friends!
Depends on what you call a vacation - we used to go to the summer cottage every year for a week or so but haven't had the opportunity in long time for that long. We haven't been able to afford vacations other than that for the most part, so we just don't go anywhere! How boring is that! we do do some day trips as a family. I'm pretty well known to take mini-vacations as long as an hour. I'm on vacation every time I pick up a book I can't put down, or go yard saling, or for a walk in the back woods, or a day out shopping can a day of vacation, or out on the back of my dh's motorcycle or...the possibilities are endless!
I do celebrate Summer Solstice - and this year I'm going to a gathering of like minded witches to celebrate big time!

2- so far my summer plans are to finish remodelling my kitchen
3-my last vacation was last year
4- we try to mix it up. Doing the same thing all of the time gets boring.
5- I do celebrate the Summer Solstice, but like all of my Craft holidays, it's pretty low key with my family (a special meal for example) since my husband isn't Pagan.

Do you enjoy going to the same place every vacation or do you go somewhere new each time? I like a little of both. I love finding and experiencing new places, but there's something to be said about familiarity, too.
Do you celebrate the summer solstice? I don't really celebrate it, but I do take time to recognize it.
