1. Can you allow other people to cook in your kitchen? === I can but usually I prefer not to. It gets a bit crowded, and when I have to show people where things are it gets a little frustrating.

2. Do you clear the table and wash the dishes right after dinner or do you just stack them to wash later? === I'm a rinse and wash later kind of gal

3. Is your pantry neatly organized? === I think so

4. Do you keep ketchup in the fridge or in the cupboard? What about peanut butter? === Ketchup is in the fridge; peanut butter is in the cupboard

5. Do you store tomatoes on the counter or in the fridge? === on the counter

6. Have you ever set your stove or oven on fire? === no. A few pan fires in the distant past, and lots of smoke often, but no real fires.

7. Where do you store your spices? === I have spice racks all over the kitchen and pantry, lo cation depending on frequency of use:

I have this corner rack which I bought in Hong Kong near my cooktop for spices I use most frequently:

These racks, which I've had for ages (they were S&H Green Stamp purchase and some of you may know how long ago THAT was, but I'm not using the original jars any more), on on the wall just inside the pantry

And I found these in a catalog - they hold typical spice jars on their sides in pull-out drawers. They are shelved in my pantry:

Co-CL for "The Stitcher's Niche" and CL for "Remodel & Renovate"

1. Can you allow other people to cook in your kitchen?
~ I've become good at this.

2. Do you clear the table and wash the dishes right after dinner or do you just stack them to wash later?
~ Everything gets cleared and washed straight away.

3. Is your pantry neatly organized?
~ Not really.

4. Do you keep ketchup in the fridge or in the cupboard? What about peanut butter?
~ I don't keep ketchup or peanut butter. I might relent on peanut butter soon, but I really need to find the smallest jar. I love peanut sauce, but am not too fond of peanut butter. I hate ketchup.

5. Do you store tomatoes on the counter or in the fridge?
~ In the fridge.

6. Have you ever set your stove or oven on fire?
~ Yes to the stove. Fortunately, just once but that was enough.

7. Where do you store your spices?
~ There's a special pull-out drawer that I had especially installed in the kitchen.

1. Can you allow other people to cook in your kitchen? *yep if you want to cook for me you have a wonderful time in there. ;-)

2. Do you clear the table and wash the dishes right after dinner or do you just stack them to wash later? * I clean it all up right away... we had a cockroach problem years ago (given to us by some very generous neighbors) and that right there cured me of any need to leave a dish in the sink ever again.

3. Is your pantry neatly organized? *yes, not by me though, I'd just throw it in there willy nilly, DH is picky.

4. Do you keep ketchup in the fridge or in the cupboard? What about peanut butter? *Ketchup in the fridge... PB would go in the cupboard if I bought it.

5. Do you store tomatoes on the counter or in the fridge? *Fridge the last time I bought a tomato that is.

6. Have you ever set your stove or oven on fire? *Oven yes, it wasn't my fault! My parent's oven in their old house was gas and had this weird issue that if you didn't leave the broiler cracked open the oven would catch on fire... they failed to inform of that.

7. Where do you store your spices? *In the tiny cabinet above the microwave.

1. Can you allow other people to cook in your kitchen?

Absolutely. It's better for everyone that way. ; )

2. Do you clear the table and wash the dishes right after dinner or do you just stack them to wash later?

I'm embarrassed to say that I'm a stacker. One of the things I really need to work on.

3. Is your pantry neatly organized?

To me it's not bad, since I'm the one who did the original organizing. However, since DH does the cooking, he isn't in agreement! I'll let him figure it out when we move.

4. Do you keep ketchup in the fridge or in the cupboard? What about peanut butter?

Ketchup in the fridge, when we have it. Peanut butter in the cupboard.

5. Do you store tomatoes on the counter or in the fridge?

I store them on the counter, then DH puts them in the fridge.

6. Have you ever set your stove or oven on fire?

Not yet! Yet another reason to keep me away from the kitchen!

7. Where do you store your spices?

In a cupboard near the stove.
