Brazilian Wax

So…I had no idea where to post this question, so I decide to put it on this board. I hope everyone can help me out with this one. I started waxing like a year or more now, for some reason, my skin is getting dryer and dryer. I’m getting ingrown and I’m starting to wonder if there’s a problem with my salon or it’s just normal. I don’t like shaving because I did it before and I cut myself a couple of times before. Also when the hairs start growing back, it gets intensely itchy and I can’t stand that. Waxing is definitely more expensive but it gets my hair thinner. Any comment or advice?

The hairs come back ingrown more often when the hair is being pulled out in the wrong direction, but it's not always avoidable... Nor is the dryness. Is it possible that it's dry because of the weather?

I don't think there's any harm in trying another salon a couple of times and seeing if it improves, but I don't know if these issues are necessarily due to a bad salon
