You should talk to him about his constant speaking of his BFF.

I talk about my male BFF to my boyfriend. Sometimes a lot. I wouldn't say, I don't CONSTANTLY talk about them. Is he speaking of his BFF as an attraction. Or a buddy-buddy?

I think this would bother me too. I wouldn't be completely bothered by the fact that his best friend is a female, but constantly talking about her is a bit much. Have you had a chance to meet her yet?

Many moons ago I was head over heels for a guy who was constantly talking about his female bff. It took me years and lots of maturing to realize that he always avoided introducing us....major red flag.

So sure it's still early with this guy, but there is nothing wrong with you saying something like...."gee she sounds wonderful, I'd love to meet her. Perhaps she'd like to join us this weekend at *insert some casual event that won't make anyone feel like a 3rd wheel*" and then see what he says. If he flips out or totally changes the subject then this is more than a bff. If she really is just a bff and he's that important to him then it should be important that his 2 favorite gals get along.

If he says meeting is a great idea and helps you arrange something then be on the lookout for other red flags....like the 2 of them being lost in their own little world and forgetting you're even there....inappropriate touching....that kind of thing.
