to late to be upset?

okay so my guy and i have been together for a year and its great. last year during the second month we were together he graduated from college. i couldnt go to the graduation because i was attending a memorial service for my father. since i couldnt go he gave my ticket to his ex girlfriend who he is stil semifriendly with. at the time i didnt really mind cause i felt bad that i couldnt go to his graduation, but now looking at the photos of him graduating with her by his side when the two of us were together makes me feel even worse, and also jelous. do you think it is unresonable to be upset about this? i havent said anything to him because he would be very upset that i am upset... and i'm just not sure its worth it.
