A word about the prevention site, while they have a good run down and food lists - their lists were slightly different than the lists in the book - can remember off hand what was different. But if your investigating a program - the book is really worth it - it's GREAT nutritional advise for leading a healthy life. (whole foods, whole grains - the "right" carbs, keeping insulin under control, etc)

Good luck!

You are so right Sandra. The SBD book is really where you'll get your best information from...:)

I agree too! I had a hard time finding the book, but I was so glad when I did.

Since I was switching from Atkins and just wanted to try this out, I was going to rely on the information from the prevention site. I'm really glad I purchased the book, and I love this program.
