Starting over on Ph 1 today. In August I lost 15 lbs in 4 weeks (3 on Ph 1 and 1 on Ph 2). Then after about a week on Ph 2 I just started cheating more and more every day. I've only gained back 2 lbs, which is great for me. Anybody else have trouble staying on Ph 2? I didn't have too much trouble with sticking to it in Ph 1 because I knew I couldn't have any carbs at all. I guess it's like not being able to stop with 1 drink. Hoping I do as well the 2nd time around.

I like Phase 2 better, since I felt absoultly lousy on phase 1.
The key to P2, for me, is planning. I plan my menu for the week every Sunday, and I always know what I'm going to have for lunch (that's my danger time--it's really easy to get busy and then realize that I'm *starving* at 1:00).
Also, another lady on this board once said that she did P1 during the week and P2 on the weekends. I usually break it down into meals--P2 for breakfast and/or dinner and P1 for lunch.
