HELP...NO book, need advice.

HI EVERYONE...
I started SBD today...I need to lose 6-8 pounds by Oct 23rd. I did not buy the book. Can someone give me a brief description of a day (menu) in SBD Phase One PLEASE?
I asked this question before but I never looked for a reply and now that I am starting today, I NEED help...

I am on Day 6 of Phase 1. A sample of meal plan follows:
Breakfast -
6 oz. vegetable juice or V8
Vegetable omelet - olive oil only or Smart Beat - no butter
Tea or coffee - only non-fat milk and sugar substitute (decaffeinated if possible)
Midmorning snack -
1 part skim mozzerella cheese stick
or
Celery stuffed with Laughing Cow light cheese
Lunch -
Sliced grilled chicken on romaine w/ vinaigrette
or
Chicken Caesar salad (no croutons)
or
Sliced steak on greens
Sugar - free flavored jello dessert
Midafternoon snack -
1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
or
Hummus w/ raw vegetables
or
15 almonds
Dinner -
Poached or grilled salmon w/ steamed asparagus, tossed salad
or
Baked chicken breast, Roasted eggplant & peppers, tossed salad
or
Broiled sirloin steak, steamed broccoli, broiled tomato
Dessert -
Low Fat Ricotta cheese mixed with Sugar substitute & unsweetened cocoa powder & dash of espresso powder, 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract & 5 mini chocolate chips
or
Sugar Free fudgesicle
or
Dole sugar free fruit pop
(Dessert must be no more than 75 calories in a day)
This should give you some idea of the guidelines with some meal ideas. Hope this was helpful.

Just remember, this is not a quick fix plan, but something a lot of people take seriously when it comes to their health. It's a healthy eating style that can carry you far in life.
Breakfast
Egg Beater Omlette with 1/4 low fat cheese
3 piece lean bacon
1 cup decaf with 2 splenda and ff creamer
Snack
Motzy stick
Lunch
Blackbeans with turkey sausage
pickle
small salad with lots of veggies
SF jello
Snack
15 almonds
Dinner
Grilled chicken breasts
sauteed peppers and onion with garlic
steamed brocolli
limas
1 oz cheese (sometimes)
Small salad
Dessert
Chocolate Ricotta Cream with 1 tsp peanut butter

I am in P2 W2 and I am down 12.5 pounds and inches as well.
Thanks so much. This gives me a general idea. I am ALL about a healthy lifestyle but as most, I would liek to lose a few pounds...the *right* way. I usually eat sausage links and an egg for breakfast, cheese or SF jello for a snack, a salad or a veggie mix for lunch, and dinner I eat a lean meat with veggies or egg/tuna salad on low carb bread. Then for a pm snack, I do the Atkins ice cream cups, SF Jello, or celery with peanut butter.
I feel good and have lost 12 lbs. 8 more to go...

Don't forget to eat your veggies. SBD is granted beans. If you are sticking to 20 carbs a day, you might not benifit from a true SBD, but who knows! lol. Take care! COngrat on you weight loss!
