Hey Beach Buddies!

This is one great way to diet ! I had an awesome day two. I love the way I can eat when I am hungry, and I don't have to measure out an ounce of low-fat cheese while I am making my omelet in the morning. I'm thinking too that on phase two, I can go to a restaurant, order a basically normal dinner and enjoy a glass of red zinfandel with it. That is awesome.

So South Beachers, when does this belly fat start to melt? Do you notice a difference after a week?

I am so wanting to put on a pair of pants and have them be loose! That is a feeling I haven't had for a while.

Well, it's time to go do my Leslie Sansone WATP tape.

Hi Kim,

I am on Day 9 of Phase 1. I am down 5.5 pounds. My pants feel great today, in only 8 complete days. Belly fat does go away. Yesterday was the first day I really noticed a difference in my hunger and cravings. They just seemed to dissappear. Keep up the great work and welcome to the Beach.

I'm beginning the 4th day of Phase 1 and am starting to get into the groove...helped to get on the scale and see that I have lost 2 and 1/2 lbs...Really get tired and cranky mid-afternoon and before bedtime. Cannot wait to see a difference in my belly. NOTHING tastes as good as being thin is going to feel. Onward thru the fog

Hi Kim,

I've been wondering when to expect to see results too. Wanting instant gratification can be a terrible thing in the dieting world, LOL :)

I got on the scale this morning and it was the same as Monday morning. I started to get discouraged for a minute, then I just told myself to stay away from the scale till one week has passed. I feel pretty good, just waiting to see some physical changes.

Keep that great attitude going girl! You are going to do great!

I know what you're saying about the instant gratification thing...that's probably how I got fat in the first place! LMAO

Hi Kim!

I recognized your name from the WATP board! LOL I have just ordered the book but have started staying away from carbs. Feels great and I don't feel overstuffed after a meal but I am completely satisfied. I WAS :) a big carb lover so I am surprised at how well this is going! This is day 2 for me as well!!
