Could someone post the SBD Daily Dish regarding low carb beer? I couldn't pull it up but I know it was a topic.
Thanks!

The Truth Behind Low-Carb Beers
Are low-carb beers too good to be true? In one word: yes. They may be all the rage for the health-conscious beer lover, but when it comes down to it, low-carb beers like Michelob Ultra have almost the same amount of carbohydrates as light beer. Plus, all beer—whether regular, light, or ultra—contains maltose, a high-glycemic-index sugar responsible for blood sugar swings and the infamous "beer belly."
The take-home message about beer remains unchanged: It is the worst possible beverage to consume while on the South Beach Diet. Still, if you're enjoying time with your buddies and can't resist an ice-cold beer, have a light or an ultra, and then make it up tomorrow.
