Tips for Surviving a Vacation

Hello-I will be leaving for a trip to Negril, Jamaica on Saturday!!! and I'm very excited, but nervous about all of my hard work going to waste! I basically stick to phase one during the week and phase two/three on weekends and have been doing so for over a month. My friends want to go to the grocery store before we leave to stock up on snacks in order to save money-what can I bring that won't go bad??? Has anyone gone on a vacation and not gained weight? I know I will be drinking a lot-maybe it is just hopeless :( Any success stories?

I would stay with the basics.I went to my DD for a week and it wasn't SBD friendly,but I brought fruit (apples & navel oranges) bread(WW Rolls & Eng Muffins)as I'm on Phase 2.In Phase 1 Nuts (peanuts,Pistachios,pecans)Sugar free Candies sugar free gum. Icame home and I maintained. HTH Maryann
