Snacking and munching ???

Ok, the plan says breakfast, mid morning sanck, lunch, late afternoon snack, dinner, dessert.
I do good in the AM and with my snack I'm ok till lunch...then is when i start cooking dinner and have to taste test all the way to dinner. However, I don't have dessert. Did I blow it picking on that chili all afternoon???
UGH!! I need to get into the right mindset! SHouldyou follow those 6 times a day or can you give one up and replace it later?

I think that if it is a legal food it doesn't matter when you eat it. I keep a platter of green beans on my counter and just munch when I need to. Or, sometimes I don't eat my 15 pecan halves all at once - but pop them in my mouth at various times to avoid eating something bad. I'm sure if you are eating chili all afternoon you probably aren't having as big a portion when you finally sit down and see it at dinner.
