My favorite dessert is probably the Low carb Brownies and Mini cheescakes I've been getting from GNC. They are sugar free and only have 1-2 effective carbs in them.

No Sugar Added Fudgsicles or Suagr Free/Fat Free Chocolate Pudding, made with one cup whipping cream and one cup water to cut out the milk and the sugar in milk. Ends up just being what is in the pudding mix and 1g carb from the whipping cream. It has a little different texture but tastes great.

On a lighter side Strawberries with FF Reddi Whip is excellent as well.

I think I see a Chocolate trend here :) This is probably because I'm the one with an ongoing TOM of 10 days when I'm really supposed to start this coming Tuesday! Everyone says it's from the decrease in estrogen from the reduction of insulin in the body from the diet...but I have had ENOUGH of this bleeding crap!! :( Sorry, I had to get it out...it's making me mad. One period a month was plenty for me. But anyways, those are my favorite desserts. Sorry for venting my frustrations. :p

Personally, I have become a big fan of the sugar free Fudgsicles. I also saw sugar free dark chocolate in the groery store this past weekend.... does anyone know if those are allowed?

just keep a watch out for the trans fatty acids as they are commonly used in sugar free candies.

What is the chemical name of corn sugar? The label on mine says 0 sugars. My other favorite dessert, Pierre's Sugar-free Moose Tracks Ice Cream also contains sugar-free peanut butter cups. Yikes!

Thanks,

Kimmie

Going to try the Luscious Pumpkin Pudding that I go off this board, but instead of making it a pudding, I'm going to use GoLean crunch cereal crust and put the pudding ontop to make a tart. Maryann
