Coffee??

So I finally got a FT job after college...I'm working at Limited Too as a manager. A lot of early mornings, not to mention driving to get there early. I'd like to take up drinking coffee, so I wake up and I'm ready to start an early day, but I don't want it to become a gigantic calorie bomb. I don't like coffee alone, or with just cream and sweetener. I like it with a flavored cream, or a Latte or mocha. Does anyone know of a way to cut out the sugar and carbs with something like this? Any flavored creamers that have no sugar/low carbs? Thanks in advance!

I like coffee too.

Top-of-the-line coffee shops will have flavored syrups with no sugar and will make lattes with low-fat milk.

At home I use Gevalia Cinnamon Decaf Coffee and Land-O-Lakes fat-free half and half.

I am getting to like it better black than I used to.

I also find I drink less of it since I switched to decaf.

Like Starbucks?? I was hoping that something close by would have sugar free syrups.

My favorite was always a Cafe Mocha...but I looked it up on their website and it's something like 42g Carbs...not to mention tons of sugar...I think like 32g.

I'm not sure if this answers your question, but I, for many years, sprinkled cinnamon on top of my coffee in the filter before brewing. Maybe you can find sugar free hot cocoa or a vanilla type and do the same. Ellen
