So, here I am at day 17. Kinda in that "phase 1.5" stage. :)
A couple things I have found: While the Atkins protein bars probably are too many calories/fat, the Atkins chocolate bars (they're tiny) are FANTASTIC! Kills that chocolate craving right away. :)
I found a bread at the grocery called "Whole Spelt" bread. I swear the loaf weighs 6 pounds. :) But it's not bad. I had a slice with natural peanut butter yesterday morning, and it kept me full until lunch time! (I did get my snack in there, but not 'cuz I was hungry).
I'm sitting right now at 7 pounds lost since day 1 (19 pounds lost since I started my weight loss trek). Yippee! I know once you start adding carbs back, weight loss slows, so I'll have to see how that goes. :)
I hope everyone is doing well. Isn't this just a great thing? :)
