Hi

Just my 2 cents. Around me I cannot find sugar free fudgsicles at all. I have been eating the no sugar added fudgsicles and no sugar added juice bars (I don't like the SF popsicles) since day 1 with no adverse affects. I have lost 15 lbs in 5 weeks, so I don't think that they hurt :)!!!!

This sweet treat should be limited to 75 calories per day. The only one of those 3 that I have looked at was the no sugar added fudgcicle - it has 80 calories.

I found that it was sufficint to cut one third off and eat only a third a day - that way I knew I was safe. My DH, though, ate the whole thing each day and still lost weight - but he had more weight to lose.

However, I only ate the ricotta deserts for the first week. The fudgcicle nutritional content concerned me. (Over 75 calories)

The creamcicle sounds good - I'd consider that. I think the fat free fudgcicle is suggested for those really want chocolate.

Can anyone tell me if the no sugar added ones have nutrasweet or other artificial sweeteners?

Thanks,

Annmarie
