Is it ok to have quark cheese (v. low fat cheese) on phase 1? because i don't really like the texture of ricotta. if it's ok, is there a limit?

and

is part skim mozzarella ok? (or does it have to say "low fat" i think part skim is "reduced fat")

is there a limit on peanut butter? (am a total addict of the stuff... i'll go through a jar in a week.. can't control it.. lol)

I don't know what quark cheese is so I can't tell you about that. Yes, part skim mozzarella is ok. You can have 1 TBS of PB a day, preferably natural but I just use simply JIF which has less sugar. I have cheated with the PB a couple of times esp. in week 1 of phase 1 but I'm better about it now. Good luck.
