I am so confused with the milk issue - somebody please break it down to me. Do I use skim, non fat, low fat, 2%........help!
Also, on phase one can I have sugar free chocolate or no sugar added chocolate........help, again!
This is my fourth day and I am fine, but just need to know my options.

I can't answer your chocolate question, maybe someone else can help there. I only eat sugar free fudgesicles and sugar-free jello during Phase 1. I just tried to stay away from anything that might be like the real thing. But that's just me. I was afraid it would set off cravings. But, I think you have to read the labels very carefully. You have to read the amount of carbs and the amount of sugar and sugar alcohols. I think they need to be under 3 grams. But, I just don't go there. Good Luck and I hope this helps.
