finished eating for the day... feeling full
i think i overate a little at moments but i just did a calorie count (which i know is not required at all) because i've been counting calories for a year now, so am a little obsessed w/ them. So it came out to 1630 (when I diet by counting calories i aim for 1500) so it's really not bad.
What i really like with this diet is that i'm not obsessing with food (which happens when you count calories) and I don't have to measure anything. My roomates think i'm weird because i measure weigh EVERYTHING i eat (unless it's prepackaged). I think that all that calorie counting made my relationship with food unhealthy. Until I starting counting calories, I had never binged in my life. Since last year, when I started counting calories, I've had a number of binges (which i got under control for a while and lost some weight). I had been bingeing pretty often since this summer (once a week or sometimes more) which was becoming a major concern for me. I was getting scared of the binges. I actually binged yesterday :( because i knew i was starting this plan today...i know, not smart thing to do. (cuz of that my starting weight is off)
Anyways, I'm really glad that on this plan I don't need to worry about calories because i think it will improve my relationship with food and that i'll be able to eat like a normal person again. (ya.. normal people don't weigh everything they eat all the time, no offense to anyone, since i do that)
so that's my rant of the day!!

I abhor counting calories. If that was a requirement of this plan. I wouldn't live this way!
