This might be a helpful thread if we can build the messages to be helpful. Add your most important, notorious, repeated, helpful, etc FAQ. Please include questions even the questions are duplicates. Different answers help out different people.

1. Are beans allowed? YES! Eat them! EAT, EAT, EAT!

2. How many carbs are we allowed a day. We don't count carbs. Only inches, Lbs, and dress sizes are counted here.

3. Can we exercise on this WOE? Yes. Walking, running, strength training, videos... all are great!

4. Do I need the book or can I just start? In my opinion, a basic knowledge helped me to understand what was going on with my body and the weightloss. I bought the book, found the recipies helpful, and the food lists were great as well. Then I tried the internet and this board. I didn't really need the book, but this is just me. I learned a lot from the experiences I read about. However, that is just me.

5. What are helpful internet sites? Hippodamia.com, prevention.com, ivillage.com

Hi Rea,

I'm on day 3 of phase one and I've been having milk twice a day (with coffee)...unfortunatey I haven't read the book either....anyway, I just read that in phase one it wasn't allowed, and I was wondering about soy milk? Non fat?

You are supposed to stay clear of milk (soy or other) for two weeks. It's only two weeks though:)

try hypodamia.com or prevention.com and check out this boards website at the top of the page.
