cottage cheese for breakfast in phase 1?

Today, I had some part skim cottage cheese (175g) sprinkle with cinnamon, stevia (no carb sweetener)and splenda (enhances stevia!)
I was wondering if that was a "legal" breakfast
I was getting sick of the eggs and although cottage cheese does appear in the list of foods to enjoy, i doesn't appear in any of the P1 breakfasts in the book
(oh ya, i didn't loose any weight since yesterday... I know it doesn't mean anything but i hope the weight loss does stop.. cuz i love the plan)

hi...i am finishing week one today. i have eaten cottage cheese for breakfast every day. i must say i have been quite happy with the results thus far. i think in the book they recommended cottage cheese as a snack. i've been eating it in the morning and just a v8/laughing cow for a snack.
