What is you biggest motivation for following this plan?
Mine is to be healthier and take off the excess unhealthy weight I am carrying around.

To remain at a healthy weight and have the tools to take off weight should I put it on again. To do whatever I can to prevent myself from developing
Is that its so easy to follow with great results, I agree its is the healthiest of the low carb diet plans.
