What is you biggest motivation for following this plan?


 


Mine is to be healthier and take off the excess unhealthy weight I am carrying around.

To make myself as healthy as possible so that diabetes may not be able to enter my body!!

To remain at a healthy weight and have the tools to take off weight should I put it on again. To do whatever I can to prevent myself from developing

My bigest motovation for following the plan:

Is that its so easy to follow with great results, I agree its is the healthiest of the low carb diet plans.

Mine is to lose the extra pounds I have been dragging around and feel better about myself!!!

I am on P1, day 3!!!

I feel good so far...

To drop excess pounds, to try to get off BP meds, and to be able to eat healthy without cravings junk - to make a conscious to enjoy treats, not eat them mindlessly.
