I ran 33 minutes to equal about 3.2 miles. Then, I stretched. YIPPIE!

That's great for this early on Monday morning. I usually do about 3.5 miles on the treadmill or swim 20 laps about 4 mornings per week. My energy is down today. My FIL passed away yesterday and just can't get myself motivated. Between family gatherings and funeral planning, I hope I can keep my willpower up. It will be a tough week for me. Thanks for listening.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. You'll be in our thoughts and if you slip with your eating, that's okay. You'll get back into the swing of things when the week winds down. Set it up in your mind...I'll do what feels right (eating, walking instead of running or swimming) with my family until________(enter a day) and make that your goal. Take it easy and focus on your family.
