What did you today for exercise!!!!

I did 20 minutes of windsor pilates followed by 20 minutes of stretching. YIPPIE! Today was a light day.

Full workout scheduled tonight - 45 min cardio, full UB and LB weights, abs, and 20 minutes of stretching. Dinner will be cooking while I'm burning it off beforehand...

THis morning I did Step Reebok. Had to really convince myself to move it, but I feel so much better that I did. Like they say "Just Do It'
