While I know the majority of our foods are to come from whole foods, sometimes for convenience I know I may end up using some packaged foods. So, does anyone know how to determine the GI of packaged foods? Like, I have some Keto macaroni and cheese, which is lower in carbs than regular mac and cheese, but I was wondering if there is a way I can determine if this is OK on SBD.

Hmmm...not sure about a packaged mac and cheese product. They seem to be full of fillers, and I haven't seen any that use whole wheat macaroni...doe that one? Personally, I don't find it too difficult to boil ww mac and add some grated lf cheese...would that work for you?
