Ok. It's me again. Anyone else feel to start these if you wish. I just like to see what everyone is doing.

Ok. This morning... drum roll please.... I ran for 65 minutes which was approx. 6-6.5 miles give or take a few inches. YIPPIE!

Now, I am playing with my little nephew. FUN!

Just cardio tonight on my treadmill. Getting to a point where I'm going to have to start a light run on my higher interval - I can't walk any faster than I'm going withouth feeling like I'm going to fall off the back of the deck. I just worry because I have a funny running gait and don't want to cause myself any injury or setbacks.

Such a good problem to have!

hi, i just started sbd but here is my weekly exercise sched: mon yoga; tu eliptical machine, recumbant bike and weight training; wed is my day off; thurs body sculpting class, recumbant bike; fri body sculpting class and weight training; sat swimming; sun walking. i have a 2 yr old and 2 dogs so sometimes i try to get in walks in the afternoon or some playground time. keep it fun and varied, thats what works for me! i also love kick boxing but am recovering from a back injury (not related, did it gardening) so i hope to be back to that soon too, great cardio blast. good luck!

Got up too late this morning to work out, but plan on doing either The Firm body sculpting or if i'm tired then my pilates tonight. Depends on how I feel after shopping for halloween costumes!

Today will be Interval Training (weights+aerobics) or Body Sculpting both are 60 minutes at the Gym...I have not decided yet.
