NOVEMBER issue of "Prevention" magazine on p. 70:
1 pkg. (5.1 oz.) vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix (That's the large size).
1 can (12 oz.) fat-free evaporated milk (tall can)
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin pie filling (I used just canned pumpkin).
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
Beat together pudding and milk. Refrigerate 5 minutes. Mix in pumpkin and spice. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
Makes 8 servings
