Hi everyone! I was a member of this board previously, and am currently following Weight Watchers, but am having a hard time losing weight. My diet consists alot of Carbs, and I am worried that that may be the problem. I am considering follwing the SBD, but incorporating it into Weight Watchers (by counting my points), in hopes of overcoming this plateau. I do not eat meat, except for fish and shellfish, and found the diet hard to follow the first time I tried it because of this. Any suggestions? Thank for any replies!

Hi, welcome back to the beach.Carbs are a big problem on WW I was there I know, Plateauing week after week. Following Phase one isn't hard at all. You don't have to eat meat, have fish ,veggies(stuffed ) legumes instead, add cheeses and dairy .The SB is a great diet or WOE that will help you lose weight.I did that for a while I add points to my food journal along with fat & fiber, Now I cut out the points altogether.Just post here regularally and you'll find lots of help along the way.
