I bought the Eskimo Pie ones and then noticed later on the nutrition label that there were 11 gms. of carbs. And, there were some hidden sugars, like sorbital, in the ingredient list even though the box said, "No Sugar Added." I am only on p1. Are these okay? I don't think I saw any other brands. But, I had my baby with me, so I was kind of rushing. :)

TIA

Around where I am I cannot get sugar free fudgsicles either --- I use the no sugar added ones myself and have not had any problems --- most of the sugar is supposed to be from sugar alcohols which do not affect blood sugar like regular forms of sugar do.

Remember to stay within the 75 calories total for all sweet products.

I believe they are no sugar added because there is naturally occuring sugar in dairy. I don't believe there are any "sugar free" ones. Look for the no sugar added.
