Hi All,
I just started the diet yesterday (Saturday), and luckily the bread cravings haven't hit yet. Actually, I'm more of a fruit person. Should have weighed myself, but I can do that today since I'm not going to lose one pound in a day. Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone else has night cravings? Can you really lose weight on this diet if you eat until the hunger goes away?

I have never been a night eater per say --- but every other part of the day has been fair game :)!!! I have found over the weeks, my cravings have lessened and I am eating a lot less than I used to.
I never though that a chiecken breast and a salad would fill me up for supper, but it does now :).
I eat till I am no longer hungry and have lost 18 lbs. since Sept. 8th. I have 50-60 more lbs to go. I do not know how much weight you have to lose, however, staying content with the amount of food you eat should not hamper your weight loss.
